+ Is VanPooling a registered business?

Yes, we're fully registered and accedited business operating under A1 Suppliers PTY ltd, since 2010. All drivers and fleet vehicles are fully registered, insured and endorsed.

+ How many passengers in each Van?

Our fleet consist of 14 seater and 16 seater vans, however, to allow for time and leg room, we reduce each van to 12 passengers .

+ How to pay and secure a seat?

Once you Sign Up, a real person will call you, to ensure a 10% deposit is paid to secure your seat. Payments are accepted strictly via bank transfers and Eft. Once payment is cleared, your seat is booked, leading up to your start date the full amount need to be settled to activate your trip. (Note: your journey with us starts at the 1st of each month, payments must be cleared before commencement of trip)

+ Do passengers sign contracts?

No formal contracts are required for individuals traveling, however, a simple contract exists for businesses.

+ Is there a minimum period for travel?

Unfortunately, we have a minimum commitment of three (3) months. This benchmark is set for the security and safety of both our business and our clients.

+ Do I get rewarded for referrals?

Yes, we have an exciting referal program, strictly reserved for our customers. This is calculated as follows - (1) if your reffered a friend or colleague, when the person travel with us for three months, you get 1 month free, or (2) If you refer your company, you will travel 1 month free for each employee referred to us.
